I want your suggestion. Actually we have Will (Wasiat) on my mother's name made by my maternal grand mother, it was done when my maternal grand mother(my mom's mother) was alive, with the complete legal process, my maternal grandmother (my nani) and my mom appear in the court.
Now my Nani is no more, we wanted to transfer the property to my mom.
But what we saw that mom's cousin has did the same thing but we know it is fake.
now he is claiming the property, we are very upset how people can do such thing.
Please suggest and tell what we should do, is there any chance to get the property. I would be highly obliged.
