Propriety and advocates' code of ethics

An Advocate ‘X’ who is representing the party against the society in an ongoing matter before Deputy Registrar/ Divn Jt. Registrar Co-operative societies JR, can the same advocate represent the managing committee members of the same society in another matter but in their individual capacity before the same authorities?
