Dear friends,
Am planing to start up my own business propritorship farm in new delhi my business is based on travel agency with website portal B2C ,I wanted to regester on MSME act 2006,
my question is am i eligible to regester at new delhi where the company will run at delhi but my domicile state north east india,if so please help me all legal documentation required?
and company regestrion certificate necessary?

If you are new to a place, it is always advisable to entrust the work either to a reputed Chartered Accountant or Advocate, as entreprenur should not be bogged himself with procedural formalities and should focus only marketing.

I ventured to suggest this as member is not having any ide of business for example the type of business is Sole proprietorship concern, The farm is not farm, but a partnership firm, there is no usage of soleproprietorship farm or firm in types of business.
