In 498A case during evidence the PW.3 is cross-examined then after few days the matter posted for defence evidence then the defence side filed petition U/s 311 of CrPC seeking recall of PW.3 for further cross-examination based on some grounds ..... court accepted to call PW.3 but not as Prosecution Witness but court asked me to call the PW.3 as Defence witness ... is it possible in law?
