Learned sir / ma'am, when applying to Honble Court for a Probate Order pertaining to a WILL, is there a provision for exemption from paying Stamp Duty. I was told by someone that court fee is exempt in telugu states AP and Telangana. I was looking up on the internet to find any relevant information but so far did not find any. If there is such provision, may I request you to kindly provide the relevant Schedule and exemption information.
