Provisional Parliament

Dear friends,

Firsrt amendment in our constitution was made by provisional Parliament.  How many members constituted provisional Parliament ?

Good I would also like to known & also the meaning of provisional Parliament ? becasue when the constitution was enacted & then it was the first amend than why we say at the time or NOW Also a provisional constitution ?
