My husband belongs to Dhone Taluk Kurnool Dt .Andhrapradesh..There was a registered partition deed in 1991 among his two brothers and fatrher.Now the dispute is regarding a piece of land. For clear understanding the four members of the partion deed are named as follows:
A Father. B My husband C first younger brotgher.D Second younger brother. The partition as per partion deed is as follows:
A 16 cents. B 26 cents C 14 cents D 18 cents (total 74 cents) Now when we measure land the total extent is 59 cents. We presume that there was a mistake creptin in 1991 measurements while registering a partition deed.. Please advise me how to divide the property as the measurments differ from partition deed and present measurement.
