Psychometric test report and its legal value

as far as i Know the answer is no.Bail is granted on a certain set of guidelines.

I appreciate to be corrected in this regard by other members.

as already said in your other query 

have you submitted a detailed complaint your local police station regarding the suicide tendency if not then first submit a complaint with this report (xerox) and about bail it has to be heard and argued well to get anticipatory bail if any opponent objects to your bail if not it is very easy to get anticipatory bail

Sir,

I have already submit the report to Court regarding RCR petition case open by me, as  wife have left home with all jewellery and not want to return my home also threatening for police case. As per my advocate  advice I have filed RCR.
