Dear Sir/Madam,
We run a Trust in Tamil Nadu. My father and mother owns two properties separately in Pondicherry. I tried to register the properties of Pondichery on Tamil Nadu but couldn't do it. Is it possible to open a same trust in Pondicherry and make leases deeds for the properties ?
