In a false 498(a) case, polive has already invetigated and given Final report that case was false as she herself has admitted. Now she has challanged / protest Final report in the court.
The hearing is next week. Pl guide me weather public prosector would be present when her lawyer would be defending her case or magistrate would take cognigence based on her revised bayan in court ?
