Public servant was holding two post, and he was charged with criminal misappropriation in one of the case and found guilty. Should he be dismissed from both the post?

No. Double jeopardy cannot be awarded but my simple question is how he was holding two Govt. posts at the same time? Was another an additional charge? Were both interconnected?
If any fraud qua two services at the same time has also been committed by such person then he has to face various other cases other than his dismissal from both the services.
