My wife filed a case for NULLITY of marriage by giving LOTS of false statements. Like after marriage in court she never lived with me. I have many videos of co-habitation. She also told that after the registry marriage she went to her home, But I have many photos and videos to prove that she went for a party with other friends of us.
The biggest LIE she wrote in the plaint is that, "she is still VIRGIN".
I am suffering for 3 years for this case which is based on false statements.
Can I file a seperate case for PERJURY against her? Suggest me how can I send to jail for her intentional PERJURY?
