Purchase a land in Bangalore

I'm Planning to purchase one land approx. 1500 sq. in and around bangalore South,

What is the procedure to do it to get it. In Finance how is it possible.

First, U search (last 30 years) revenue record of property and the documents and get a title clear certificate from the vendor / owner.

First you should obtaine the legal clearance for the property from an advocate, then you will easily get finance from any bank.

If the property is genuine then there is no problem for your finance.
