I am planning to purchase a flat being developed by builder on land acquired as part of SRA project in Mumbai. The building plan and land has all sanctions from SRA.
But MCGM (Mumbai Corporation) sanction for building plan is not available and builder is claiming that the same is not needed since this is a SRA Land.
Can some expert please advise if this is correct ? As far as I knew, any building plan has to be sanctioned by local municipal authority.
