Purchase of huf property

I am negotiating for purchase of an apartment which is a HUF property.  The kartha of the HUF died a few years ago.  Presently the eldest son of the HUF is its kartha now.  The eldest son has two major daughters(not married) besides his wife.  He has an married younger brother who has a minor son.  They also have a sister who got married in the 1970s.  She has a son and a daughter both of whom are married and yet to have children.

What are the precautions to be taken at the time of purchase?  Kindly advise.

you have to get no objection from all the legal heirs of the coparcenary property before you proceed or else it might lead to legal disputes in future

Does it include the daughter and all the grand children?

You have to get no objection from all the legal heirs of the HUF property by joining them in the sale deed as Confirming party.
