I want to purchase one land allotted by Development Authority from the 1st allottee.Property registered in 2012, possession taken on May 2018 from development authority by the person.
As per law of development authority, property can't be transferred before 5 years of taking possession.
So how to make a proper trasaction and clear title over this property if I buy this .
