Dear all
Is it possible to purchase agricultural land in Himachal or Uttrakhand by any indian who is not a domicile of respective state as per existing land provisions. If not can he purchase land in municipal areas?
Some of the persons have offered to sell Ist floor of their existing house located on agricultural land. If it is done will it be admissible for registration in name of purchaser.
