Q1. My grand father owned and agriculture land which was diluted in the "Kul Kayda Act" an Maharashtra government Act. I have the 7/12 extract and mutation entries of that property. Now I wanted to by the farm land in Maharashtra. How should I go about?
Q2. If the answer is no for the above Q1, then can I get in to the lease agreement with the farmer? If yes, Kindly guide.
