I want to buy open parking in our society. Before society was formed, Builder sold every corner of available open parking to residents. So original owner only has a simple allotment letter from builder when he bought the flat. The guy is selling his flat to other person & selling the parking to me.
Society is not taking any interest in transferring the parking.
I feel society may dispute my purchase later.
What type of legal documentation I should do to avoid any disputes later & protect my interest after buying the parking?
