I want to purchase open parking from another resident of my society. Before society was formed, builder sold every open parking to then residents of the building. Builder only gave an allotment letter for parking.
Now I want to buy it from a resident of society. He's selling his flat to another person & parking to me.
Society is not interested in doing any "formal" transfer to parking....
What legal documentation I should do to protect my interest & any future dispute with society or the person who is buying the flat without parking?
