DV Case against me and matter on Interim Maintenance Argument stage. About 6 hearing back Judge told the wife to submit her salary structure as i had produced mine. He gave this in writing.
Now as next stage is Interim Maintenance Argument can i put a Pursis in court stating court has directed the Applicant to submit her salary but she has not done the same from last 7 dates or should i give it as an application.
I am taking reference of statements in this forum where people used Pursis if PP not filing say in 498a cases...can i use same in DV applicant not filing Salary slips?
In Pursis i believe i cannot Write to dismiss the Interim Application due to breach of orders from Applicant side or can I ?
