How much maximum maintenance a wife is entitled after divorce U/S 125 of Crpc. For example- a wife will only get maintenance amount which shall be 1/4th of the monthly income of his husband.
In my case lower court allowed the application of wife U?S 125 Cr.pc. and awarded maintenace of 15000 per month for wife, 5000+ 5000 for the two childrens. Husband is only earning 40000 per and he has taken housing loasn for which everymonth he has to deposit 9000 as loan installment.
