Hello sir,
My friend was involved in withdrawing amount more than the mentioned overdraft limit in a nationalised bank. The bank had suspended him and had asked to pay the money. He paid the total sum and was later terminated. This happened like 9 years ago. Now the bank has lodged an FiR. We have obtained AB as well as conditional bail. The judge has also approved relaxation considering my friends age who is a senior citizen. Our advocate suggests that we need to quash at high court to completely come out of this. Can any of you please explain what this quash process is about. The fees that our advocate requires for quashing is exorbitantly high and currently we cannot afford that much in a short span of time. Can some one pls suggest the expected fee for quashing in high court. Thanks !
Dear client yes you may file a 482 Cr.P.C Application before Hon'ble High Court where you may get justice better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case and as per fees is concern no worry about that. Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court Mobile 9198889990
Thanks for the reply sir, Can you give me an estimate for the quashing fee. Because we already have an advocate and i believe he is charging an exorbitant fee. Just wanted to know an approximate range of fee that will be availed on these cases so that I can believe we are not overpaying. Please tell me an approximate range of fee.
Thanks!
