Quashing of 498A after chargesheet

wife filed FIR u/s 498A, 406, 34 of IPC. Now chargesheet has been filed. only charge given in Chargesheet u/s 498A. but not a single evidence (written and oral etc) has been provided. Even not a single word about cruelty has been written in Chargesheet in it's 3 line investigation. So is it worthy to go for quashing of FIR now?

Quashing of the case is possible if the charge-sheet, read as whole and accepted at its entirety, does not disclose the offence as alleged.

You must have already engaged / paid an able, competent and intelligent lawyer to defend you, isn't it ? If so, follow his / her guidance without expecting miracle from the obligation of experts on this platform, who have little ( rather no) knowledge about facts and circumstances of the case as information posted is inadequate to form proper opinion and advise.
