Please let me know good lawyers in Chandigarh for filing a quash petition for a false 498A filed in Bangalore but very unfortunately transferred to a city in Punjab.
My wife attempted suicide and survived. Her parents filed false 498A.
There is no allegation of Dowry demand in the complaint.
