quashing of Dv

Much wife has filed dv case under section 12 of pwdva 17 18 19 20 22 23 against my entire family implicating each and everyone. Even against my bro that lives in a different country. she has also filed 498a with 406 504 506 323 34 against everyone EXCEPT family that is my bro who lives overseas. Everyone has bail except me since I am overseas. Not yet CHARGESHEETED. We have filed for quashing one name that is my married sister in dv case as no domestic relation because since last three years me and my 498a lived overseas. grounds for quashing by my lawyer is vague allegations without any incidents or date.no prima facie. Violation of procedure section 8 and 13 .also my sister appeared suomoto. No domestic relation. Different household. My 498a has used the same copy of fir as a report in 498a and dv. She has made an application asking interim from me and my entire family. The time frame to get names deleted had passed so we applied in high court for quashing.
