Hi Members,

I have filled the mutual Petition under section 13-B with MOU.

I need to quash the U/s: 498A/406/354 of IPC from High court.

Can someone please share the drafted petition for quashing the above sections asap.

Also , how to make sure that she will not file any case against me / family members.

Please suggest and share.
