I need clarifications on these:
1) If theres a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and the rest as Executive Members will that be ok or do we need to have a V.P. and a Joint Secretary too?
2) Can the Treasurer or Secretary be from another State? (I was told that relatives, like Husband & wife, shouldn't be there otherwise govt. projects/programmes/grants wont be given)
3) Can the Society Jurisdiction be for the whole state? or restricted to district/Hyderabad only? What are the requirements for a national-level society?
4) Role of Founder. Is he all-powerful? Can he appoint/terminate any member? Can he dissolve the General/Executive Body ?
5) Can the Founder also be the President?
6) Are the Designations (Pr., Sec., Tresurer) given in the General Body or are they in the Executive Body?
7) Whats the difference/relationship between General Body and Executive Body?
8) Is there a time limit for the members to hold office or is it a Society's preference?
9) How frequently should the General/Executive Body Meeting be held? what frequency is optimum, monthly or quarterly? (Of course there HAS TO BE an Annual Meeting)
10) If the address is a rented home of the President, is that ok? Along with the rental agreement, will the Landlord's NOC be required?
