In my family there are 4(four) members, my father who is retired from his job, my mother who is housewife, me and my brother earning member of my family at the moment. Brother(education loan 4 lak aprox) and I have also taken an education loan from bank.

As far as the financial condition goes of my family it is not good, it is only hand to mouth. I have taken an education loan of 2 to 3 lakhs from bank. My father is ill due his age and it is difficult for us to effort sufficient medical care for him due to poor financial condition and I am the only earning member of the family however my company is making my job difficult which is hampering our livelihood.

Below are the issue that I am facing at my workplace (Educomp Solutions Ltd).

1. I am working in Educomp Solutions Ltd at the post of Smartclass Coordinator(Emp Code -22000782) in Band - 5 from 13, February 2012 to till date. I have always been a loyal, trust worthy, hard working, punctual and confident employee of the company. I have also been appreciated by my Reporting Office and Manager. I have always received positive feedback from the client side as well.

2. My starting salary was Rs. 7453 approx. at the time of hiring and my current salary is Rs.7813 approx, however at the time of hiring the HR has clearly told me that we would be granted regular increment in the salary and post which is also mentioned in my employer-employee relationship agreement. I have been employed for more than 3(three) year with the company and I am still at the same post and salary package I have hired on which is the clearly against my contract.

3. I have raised this issue several times with my Reporting officer and Management but they have not given any satisfactory response, I have communicated orally and in writing both the ways but no one was able to give me a response I was looking for.

4. Instead of providing a solution to my issue the company started mental and physical harassment to leave my job with one month’s notice which is against the law. When I reject to resign from my job as I am a permanent employee they changed my current work location from Ghaziabad to Modinagr which is far away from my residence without giving any relocation chargers or transport charges. Now I have to leave for the working early in the morning around 5 am and come home late in the evening. The company and its management are harassing me by all means possible.

5. The company is expelling and pressurising its permanent employees to leave there jobs as stating that the company is going is lose however on the other hand, they are hiring at the same time for the vacant spots on the same and above salary package but contract basis, this type of practise is mostly being done with the executive level employees.

6. One side the company is denying to increment salary packages and post of the executive level and below employee however on the other hand, personnel’s of high post are continuously getting salary and post hikes.

I have also wrote a letter to the CEO in response of which they have call me on my under given number as per the conversation they are not giving any clear response and not treating this matter seriously, also when a asked a response in writing they don’t agreed to return me in writing. And Company MD no Reply .

Now I am in a very difficult situation as I cannot leave my job due to my financial condition however the company is pressurizing me to the extent and no one is helping me so I beg to say that please help me in this matter and take the necessary step.

Company not follow any law like minimum wages act 1948.

I am regiseter compant in labour office pucha complax new delhi .

and also register public grievance system delhi my compant no is My PGMS no 201547128.

Every two three day’s visit to the labour department pusa complex Delhi and frequently Got hearing law and hearing (date and date).

i cant understand what to do ..

Take help of Employee's/Trade Unions e.g. CITU/INTUC/AITUC/BMS etc................

The company is indulging in ufair practices.

Go thru Sec;20,21,22D...........

The o/o Inspector appointed under the Act shall have any form/format if required.

All of these trade unions have office at Delhi and you can approach them.
