Query

I had a query regarding share certificate issue. It would be of great help if you can help me.

I have purchased a terrace flat from builder. The terrace was attached in the building plan of builder when it was approved. But later when we purchased that flat, some people in society are opposing and they are denying me my share certificate and don't consider me as a member due to which I am not able to take part in societies meetings.
Later when builders intervene about this issue with secretary they agree but they told they have sent the agreement in BMC for checking. It's been 2 years they have sent the agreement for approval. So is there any remedy possible to get our share certificate.

Thanking you,

Jatin

Please let me know if Housing Society can charge interest Only on Maintenance Fund and Not on Repair Fund on defaulting members ?

Is it correct for society to charge 21% interest on delayed fund on maintenance as well as building repair and renovation fund ?

Hi All,

I have a tenat residing in my house for 15 years. he has no proof that he is payiing rent to me.

So I have filled a case of eviction against him.

He has property of his own where he and his four son are living there one of his son has occupied my house.

I want to give proof in the court that it on the name of  tenat so it well be the groud of eviction.

So please suggest how do I get the proof of the ownership of the tenant.

Thanks in advance

Shan
