Query about customer court

Hello Legal Team,

Broadband company assured to provide internet at the speed of 10mbps and took Rs.3,000. After paying money they put just a network cable and connected to PC, which is not at all working. We called customer care many times, each and every time they just assured to resolve the issue by providing docket number. But problem is not at all resolved and our work was disturbed a lot.

Now my question is can we take that particular broadband company to customer court for providing these kind of service and what will be the procedure.

Pls advise on this.

Regards,

Manjunath

Narrate issues mentioning all docket numbers.

Now customer can measure speed.

Log onto TRAI website for guidelines on Broadband.

your case may be strong, but assess whether the juice is worth the squeeze!

Sir,

You can take the matter to the Consumer Redressal Forum, please note that the time limit is 2 years from the date of dispute. You can personally plead your case in a Consumer Redressal Forum.

Good luck,

Kishor Mehta
