Does your agreement have a clause of force majeure. if yes, then it has to looked into before deciding to terminate the agreement by the efflux of time.

It is better to show the agreement to a local lawyer for appreciation of terms and conditions agreed by the vendor and vendee..

If the purchaser is intending to cancel the agreement he has to approach civil court and file suit. Notice will be issued to you from court and you will be get chance to file your say.
