Query on arbitration

How do I address the issues from both sides? Any relevant latest cases on these issues ? Q.1 Is an arbitration "held in India" when an arbitral hearing is conducted in India or is it "held in India" only when India is the seat of the arbitration? Q.2 When arbitration "held in India" and a foreign law is specified to govern the arbitration agreement, would Part I of the Act apply in addition to the foriegn law?
