Sirs,


In my land acquisition case I have produced the ( downloaded copy from  internet )

Government published project report of road widening for proving the existing row of 22 m. In this project report it is clearly mentioned this existing row 22 m.near my land. which is aquired by HW by showing wrongly 30 m row.

I know that this is a relevant evidence as per Evidence act 1872 section 36.

But project Director is telling that it is a typical and has no charecteristics as to use it for land acquisition and forest development. Due to which I am loosing Lacs of rs.

Then please guide me how I shall plead this ?
Again tell me which is a legal document of this row of national highway ?
