Query on property

i have purchased site from my brother and it was his self acquired site. divorce case is pending in court as wife deserted me and both wife and daughter are staying separate. please help.

1) can wife and/or daughter claim on my property

2) my lawyer say that if i construct house on the site, wife can claim more mentainance saying i have own house. any way to stop wife claiming more mentainance

3) to avoid giving more mentainance, if i gift the site to my father and construct house in his name, can wife/daughter claim share in property?

please help to save my hard earned money.

During the life time of the husband wife cannot claim any share in the husband's family.  It is your self acquired property both wife and daughter cannot claim their share.

Your wife and daughter can certainly seek and get share in all your porperties whatever the color and origin.

Yes you can transfer to father and can escape liability.
