Dear Experts....Pl advise, If the provisional AB is granted for 6 month in 498A with a condition that the both Hus/wife will stay together and will submit the monthly report to court about their marriage life??
As the wife is submitted the unsatisfied report and court has conceled the Provisional AB , after cancelation is there be any provision to apply for AB in higher court.
