Query on rejoinder

Hi,

A 340 Cr.P. C petition was filed in Family Court against the affidavit submitted by the O.P. Now  O.P has filed a counter to it with some more invalid statements which needs to be denied and few more facts need to be brought to the notice of the court. Can the petitioner file just Rejoinder with the actual facts against the O.P's counter?? Will the Rejoinder needs to be supported by an Affidavit?

File a Rejoinder affidavit. Who's your lawyer who seems to be knowing nothing about what Written Statements are and what rejoinder affidavits are. If they have filed a Counter to the rejoinder than ask your lawyer how did that happen?

Dear delete member..

Ur understaning is wrong.. The O.P has not filed a counter to the rejoinder. The O.P has filed a counter to the I.A petition filed u/s 340 Crpc. No Can the petitioner file a Rejoinder on that Counter?? Is there any difference of Rejoinder in Crpc and CPC?? Is the rejoinder must be supported by an affidavit?? and Can a rejoinder be submitted independently.
