I recently owned agriculture land. As per the document, I have right to bring water to my land from common well to which I have 1/3 share. Almost for more than two decades, water is coming via other two share holder's land. Actual length of the common water pipeline is around 300 feet. But in my document, length of the common pipeline is mentioned as 200 feet. Now, other two share holders are saying that they cannot give water after 200 feet. If they dont allow water after 200 feet, then I cant bring water to my share.
I asked other share holders to get permission from municipality put that 200 feet common pipeline in municipality land so that I can extend it till my land. But they are not ready to do that. So is there a way to deal this issue legally? Or is there any written law already that says last share holder has basic right to bring water via other share holders?
Thanks in Advance.
