Query regarding building house on an undivided property

Dear Sir,

My Grand Father and Grand Mother are not alive. They are decended by Three children.

First my Father and followed by 2 daughters who are married.

My Grand Father had bought 3 acres of land and use to do farming.

After him my father is doing farming on that land.

Now we also want to buit a farm house on this land.

I am aware that the daughters have equal rights on the land.

But they are not allowing us to built the farm house and are asking us to divide the land and give them there share which they want to sell off to a Buider.

What can we do? Should we divide the land and give them their share?

Please guide.

You shall effect partition of the property. Since its your gransdfather's property, your father, your aunts and their children have right over the property. Arrange for partition. Else may be facing legal problems in future.
