There is a property development agreement which has been notarized in other state and the said property is at mumbai. So how can we cancel the property development agreement ? The said development agreement has been cancelled through notary in mumbai. So is it valid? What does the mumbai law say about the same? Do we need to cancel the said property development agreement through registered cancellation?.....Need your kind advise.....Thanks

The development agreement is a contract, you have not mentioned about the consideration you have received. for cancellation of the agreement you have to return the consideration.Geographical place does not matter.pl call for details.

u can cancell it thriugh registered cancelation if u hadcalready registered ur agreement before. if u had not registered it can be cancelled through lawyer. u can surrender the consideration in the court. and send him a notice through lawyer.l it
