Our Company is entereing into a Shareholders Nomination Agreement wherein the Nominee Shareholders will be holding Equity for the Benifit of the Benificiary Company.
My query is that in case there are any changes in the nominees how can we incorporate the clauses for such changes in the Shareholders Nomination Agreement.
We do not wish to replace the main agreement each time there is a change in the nominee. How can we do the same?
