Dear Sir,
We have a Civic Amenity (CA) area in our gated community in Bangalore, which is currently vacant land. Our layout falls under Bengaluru Metropolitan Region Development Authority(BMRDA) . We , from owners welfare association would like to put up some kind of roof (steel or canopy) structure for the purpose of using it for Recreational activities, Community gatherings etc. Can you please suggest if Owners welfare association can use the area marked as Civic Amenity within the gated community for putting up such structure? . Please note that we are not planning to put up any concrete room or wall kind of structure.
Kindly provide your legal advise on usage of civic amenity area.
