Hello, My wife wanted to change the name. We did an affidavit and also published in one national and one local newspapers. Now the next step is to get the same in Gazette of India. There are two things I came across which are confusing me on which one to go for.
Please let me know the difference between “Notice for advertisement by Individual in the Gazette of India Part-IV regarding change of name” and “Notice for advertisement of Public Notice in the Gazette of India Part-IV regarding correction of name..”
Please let me know which one among the above two notifications I should go for.
