Question on 498a & rcr and false cases

you will get court summons for rcr,dv .& for 498a call/summon by police to attend women cell.,where reconciliaition tried,failing which leads to fir.

Thanks for your quick response. How many days it will take to get court summons once wife file 498a,& rcr and false cases and also if person not available in the city how much time they will give to attend in the place. How the action will be? police will come directly to our home or they call to us? Please advise.Thank you so much for quick responses.

it depends on how quick  the police is in locating your address.  Then come and take you, they wont send telegram that they are coming to get you.

If you are out of station, next date warrant will be issued, still absconding??? NBW.  If get caught, no bail, direct inside jail.

My brothers wife who pregnant and is in love with her driver is threatning to file a dowry case on us all jwellery with her all properties  my bro purchased for business on her name. We did so because it was less taxable. Not ready to negotiate.
