Question on will

A person writes a registered will on his second wife's name for his property who took complete care of his first wife's children after her death for40 years . Can the second wife Sell the property with the Will without the knowledge of the first wife's children.

CONSIDER THIS:
1. The legally wedded Second Wife, can sell the property of her Husband, based on the WILL of her husband, PROVIDED her Husband has Expired.

2. IF the Will is in sole favor of Second Wife, THEN no other legal heirs have a right /claim on such properties, untill the will is challenged in court for various arm-twisting reasons.
