Dear members,
I am fighting a case of restitution of conjugal rights against my wife.
She made blatant allegations against my parents and me. However, I do have some evidences which could show fallacy in her statements.
In order to show her fallacy, I need to put her some questions and seek her answers. But, if I reveal those evidences she would immediately change her statements and the meanings of her allegations.
Can I put some questions to her through the Court?
Would the Court allow my request?
Pl explain if I need some clarification
