No doubt, so now a girl bout 17 years old freely moved around with her boy friend from morning till late at night and had S*x can it be said that it is Rape?

Look any age girl when raped it means s*xual intercouse forced on her body without her consent or consent obtained in a fraudulent manner comes under the pretext of Rape. Even a girl had s*x with her boy friend under the condition he will marry her but latter turns off, then the consent is influenced and can be brought under Rape. It depends upon the case in dispute.

certainly it amounts to rape. Even without the consent of the wife if husband commits intercourse with her it also amounts to rape. In this case it is forceable intercourse so it is rape it is an offence

Of course any kind of physical relationship with the girl immaterial without her concent is a rape and legal actions can be taken. even husband indulge with wife without her concent it can be concedered a rape. Rajeev is perfect.
