Rcr

Lady has been granted a RCR order by a family court. The order has been based upon biased and twisted logic with clear favour to the women's side and complete disregard to the factual position, and even disbelieving witnesses presented by boy's side in court. Boy cannot take the risk of letting her into his house for fear of own and her safety. She is mentally unsound and unreliable.  There is complete lack of trust and love and she wishes to force herself upon the boy even after more than 3 years of physical separation. Should he appeal in high court ? She is completely adamant against mutual amicable settlement at any cost though he is willing. She is not listening to sane counsel of intermediaries. What will happen if he does not comply with the court order?

Nothing will happen, after 1 year from RCR apply for Divorce on the grounds that they could not recohabitate who ever may be the reason for it. But be ready with hefty purse.

please guide.

The high court is the referee and lower court is actual field and it's judge is the filed umpire.

So the high court on it's own will not do cross-exam etc, it will direct/guide the lower court to do as per your requirement provided it should be valid in law and you should be able convince the high court for the same.
