mam my case is different, i had married but my in laws are seperating us she had filea a 498 case on my family.. under present circumstances i can come near you only when court orders... how to proceed further.. my parents and in laws wants us to get divorce...

my wife behaves peculialy she wants me but she fights against me in court from pressure fromthere parents...she wnts to satart my family but through court consent how is it possibile when she had filed a 498 case against me..i had even informed my judge .. but she says we are majors we have to take desicion of our own... iam attaching a copy of my case

talk to your wife when she comes to court what actually she wants and if she wants MCD then go for it paying some alimoney and about 498a tell her to withdraw without any pressure from her parents
