sir today we attended in court for case which was filed by me ,judge asked both parties should come by
next week to give counseling to my husband ,if not what they will do and what type of counseling they will give to my husband.

Both spouses should attempt to save the marriage.
If marriage cannot be saved then prefer MCD.
If other spouse becomes rigid, firm and have irrefutable evidences and a very able counsel and may not agree for MCD and prefer to defeat claims in court of law............
That is anoher reason for a spouse to prefer to save the marriage and/or MCD....
It can be quick, easy.
